This reservation requires a non-refundable deposit of 33% of the total reservation value, paid at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The balance is due at least 12 weeks prior to occupation to guarantee the reservation. This reservation can be cancelled until 12 days before arrival, however the 33% deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is submitted after this time or in the case of a no show, the property will charge 100% of the reservation value.

Children

Children of any age are welcome at the property. An infant between 0-2 years stays free of charge in a cot or in the bed with the parents. Children between the ages of 3 - 12 are considered adults. Each room can accommodate a maximum of two adults. Highchairs and cots are available on request (Please provide your own cot bedding.)

Animals

Pets are only permitted when the entire house is booked, but are limited to four. Please make arrangements with the property prior to arrival should you wish to bring your pet. Pets are restricted to the ground floor and accordingly cannot be accommodated when individual suites are booked.
